We currently ship across India.

  • Free delivery within Tamil Nadu.
  • Orders outside Tamil Nadu will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

Customers can check service availability by entering their PIN code on the product page or at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there is any delay in processing, we will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 Business Days (depends on location)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or additional shipping charges.

6. Damaged Package on Delivery

If your package appears damaged:

  1. If possible, refuse delivery.
  2. If accepted, record photos/videos before opening.
  3. Inspect the product immediately.
  4. Contact us within 48 hours with proof.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • You may refuse delivery.
  • Once the product is returned to us and inspected, a refund will be processed as per our Return Policy.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

8. Change of Address

  1. Address changes are possible only before dispatch.
  2. Once shipped, address modification may not be possible.
  3. If the package is returned due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
