At Unspoken Secrets, we are committed to providing a premium coffee experience. This policy clearly explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Coffee Machines – 10 Day Trial
All coffee machines come with a 10-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Product must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Product must not have physical damage caused by misuse.
- Product must be in working condition.
Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Product must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
If eligible, a refund will be issued after inspection.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos.
- Do not discard original packaging until instructed.
After review, we will arrange:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Or full refund
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund approval confirmation will be sent via email.
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refund will be issued only to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Return request is made after the allowed period.
- Product shows misuse or intentional damage.
- Original components are missing.
- Product was tampered with or repaired by unauthorized service providers.
